Libby joined Keller Williams in April of 2011 after being with another real estate firm since November 2003. A native of Nashville, TN, Libby relocated to a rural waterfront community in McIntosh County, GA from Athens, GA in 1986. Since then Libby has lived on St. Simons Island, and has been a resident of Tybee Island since 1997. Libby has served on the Tybee Island Planning Commission, was a co-founder of the Tybee Island Community Garden, is an active member of the Tybee Beautification association and serves on the Tybee Island Community Resource Committee.
Libby has extensive knowledge of Coastal Georgia properties and a passionate interest in preserving our pristine waterways and historic areas. Having lived “on the water” for many years she has a deep understanding of waterfront properties. Libby loves the Savannah area which is “steeped in history and southern charm.”
Her real estate affiliations include the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Distinguished Sales Society. Libby enjoys working closely with both Buyers and Sellers and prides herself on developing long term relationships with her clients.
In Libby’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her 4 children and 1 grandchild, exploring Georgia’s coastal waterways, gardening, cooking, and throwing pottery.
